I had surgery here 2 years ago. First of all, the doctor is very kind. I didn’t have any major complaints during the consultation process. I was unhappy that my columella was tucked in and my alar rims were drooping, so I had surgery related to lowering the columella and lifting the alar rims. At first, I said I was worried because my nostrils were showing too much, and I was told it was swelling and would get better. However, even as time passed, the nostrils stayed the same, and the scar inside my nose settled badly and is noticeable. Also, the shape of my nostrils became strange and the alar rims became thicker. When I went back at the 6-month mark and told them this, they said it seemed to have happened because of the alar rim lift. There was no explanation about that in the first place, and my nose became much less attractive than before.
