If you pay 1,000,000 won in cash, they add 300,000 won extra instead of issuing a receipt

The second photo is filler that I ended up getting as an extra treatment after being advised by the doctor and the director at Yonsei Tea Tree Clinic on 2023-07-26 when I went there for hair removal, because they said they would add another 300,000 won. (At Yonsei Tea Tree Clinic, if you pay 1,000,000 won in cash, they add 300,000 won extra (no receipt possible).) The third photo, which shows the result of the procedure, was taken at Morning Studio in 2024-05. After the injection, it turned red and there was pain, so I called them, but they said they would not do a dissolving procedure and that I could just leave it alone, so I left it. It really got better after a week. Then the fourth photo was when I visited Yonsei Tea Tree Clinic because it seemed like the filler was flowing downward, but I was told that it was just a protruding bone and that it was fine. In the fifth photo, in 2024-09, I tried to get hyaluronidase injected, but I was told there was no filler. In the sixth photo, I paid 1,000,000 won and then another 500,000 won, but there was no dissolving treatment. It was red and painful, but they said it got better if I waited, and it was around a week later, right before it improved. When I asked when I had received the treatment because of the side effects, they said they would check and call me back, so I waited and got a call. More than 30 coworkers around me at the company heard the whole thing. But then they said that at Yonsei Tea Tree, they had injected 6 cc in summer, saying it would dissolve within 3 months, and then added 1 cc in winter without my consent and without any side-effect consent form. I never asked them to add it; I asked them to dissolve it after the side effects appeared, but they secretly put in 1 cc... So I recorded the call, and they said they would explain if I came to the hospital. When I requested my chart, they falsely wrote that I had visited without an appointment. I attached photos.
