First of all, I liked that they did a CT scan before the consultation. I had only been thinking about cosmetic nose surgery, and I didn't know I had a deviated septum until they told me. When I said I had only just found out, they checked things by blocking my nose and asking whether breathing felt uncomfortable, and after trying that I understood what they meant. A clinic that consults after doing a CT scan can also see the shape of my nasal bones and cartilage, so I think the accuracy is better, which is good. The price was also on the cheaper side, but if I want to look into whether I can get reimbursement through insurance, I think I need to think about it a bit more.
