I had nose surgery before, but the columella correction didn't improve at all, and there was still a slightly bumpy hump-like look. The tip also looked droopy, and because of the columella my nose looked too long, so I was stressed whether I looked straight ahead or from the side. The columella, which stressed me out the most, is now my favorite part, and the tip was lifted beautifully with a good nasolabial angle. It was my second surgery, so I really worried a lot, but it came out even prettier than I wanted, and my quality of life has improved
