This was the first place I went to for removal consultation, and it was with a solo doctor. The consultation was done with ultrasound and palpation, and while looking at the ultrasound they also looked at things like silicone and cartilage together during the consultation. The doctor seems to have a blunt personality. However, because I did not have a CT scan, it was difficult to get an exact consultation. The inside of my nose may have been in a terrible state, but they did not say much about how certain they were about surgery, and the consultation was not particularly long. Strangely enough, was it under sedation? or partial anesthesia? They said they wake you once during surgery to check the shape and so on, but if you want to stay under the whole time, that costs extra, and there is no anesthesiologist on site.
