If you’re someone who only pursues naturalness, I think this is definitely the place. They do try to improve things, but they honestly tell you there’s a possibility it may not improve, so I thought it was better than places that say they’ll definitely make it higher. While consulting here, I also heard that silicone was not recommended, and that made me trust them. My nasal skin is unusually thin. I knew that too, and other places said I would need donated costal cartilage, but here they said it would be fully possible without an implant and that if donated costal cartilage were used, it would show through. They seem to warn about side effects in detail.
