I had a revision for a bulbous nose, please take a look haha

My nose was short to begin with... and it was bulbous too, but I escaped that and successfully had revision nose surgery, so I am leaving a review. I have been under a lot of stress about my nose for a long time, so I kept thinking that if this really went well, I had to write a review in this community, and now the day has finally come when I am writing one T_T I am moved. If you look at the pre-op photos, you can tell, but(?) the nose itself was low and had a very strong bulbous-nose look. The tip looked spread out, and from the front the nostrils were very noticeable, so I was stressed every time I took photos... Actually, I had surgery once before, but the redness on the bridge, or whatever you call it, was also legendary-level unsatisfying, and anyway it did not feel anything like what I wanted. It only ended up being awkwardly higher, while the bulbous-nose look remained, so honestly I agonized a lot over revision surgery. This time I decided it was truly the last chance and visited a lot of clinics. I wanted something natural above all, rather than an overly dramatic high bridge, but still with a clear improvement in the bulbous-nose shape. Since it was revision surgery, I looked for a place said to be skilled in many ways, or a place with a lot of reviews, and ended up going to Seongpum. Seongpum is run by a single surgeon, right? So I think I also expected they would look at things more carefully. Do you see the photos after surgery? Comparing before and after, the thing I am happiest with is the frontal view T_T Before, the tip looked blunt and spread out, but now the bulbous-nose look has really been reduced a lot, and even the symmetry of the nose that seemed subtly crooked has been tidied up, so it looks much straighter. When I read reviews of Seongpum, there were many revision reviews for bulbous noses too, which I agree with. For the revision, they used autologous costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and buttock dermis, and because they also did osteotomy and raised the columella, the line seems to have been shaped even more beautifully. The side view used to make the columella look awkwardly drooped, so I was bothered every time I took photos, but now the line connects naturally, exactly the feeling I wanted. There is still some residual swelling, so it will take more time to settle, but even now the line is already so pretty that I feel happy every time I look in the mirror. It really was a major overhaul because it was revision surgery... Anyway, I can breathe a little easier now. There is still a slightly firm feeling at the tip and some swelling left, but looking at before and after, the tip is definitely slimmer and the bridge line has been smoothed out, so I am very satisfied haha. I will have to wait and see how much more the swelling goes down... but just based on the current state, I feel like I really made the right choice to get revision surgery!
