Nose Re-Surgery

Everyone, I decided on a full revision T_T

My nasal bridge has been throbbing more and more, and the area that had felt hard because of the septum at the tip also feels more swollen, so I really agonized over it and decided on S.Y. At the hospitals I consulted, everyone on the tip said either to leave it or, if there was a depression or step on the bridge, to connect it again (they might use ear cartilage or functional dermis), so I was thinking of at least preserving the shape of the tip to match the bridge. In the end I chose S.Y. They recommended removal from the start here, and I just put down the deposit now, and I’m planning to proceed with partial photo disclosure (because of the price..). Right now my nose has been made quite high, and my original nose had a low bridge and a tip that looked a bit upturned? The midface is also long If I lose that, the sense of loss will be huge, but what can I do.. It’s an injured nose, not an infection or contracture, so I had no real choice. I’m rereading everything from YouTube, cafes, and premium posts, but since I’ve already made my decision, all I can really hope for is that it goes well with no side effects T_T Is there anyone else who will be having surgery at S.Y. soon??? I’m going to post the whole process carefully, from the surgery itself to aftercare. I had lived without any discomfort, so I never imagined I’d ever have removal surgery. But after coming here and seeing everyone who is struggling and desperate over their noses (myself included), I realized that sharing information can be really helpful. I don’t even usually write posts like this, but just from the number of posts I made, you can tell how much I’ve been worrying. I live in the provinces, and it was hard to book appointments all at once, so I think I spent May just going back and forth to hospitals. The bus fare for consultations wasn’t cheap either, but what could I do T_T By the way, can I endure nose packing for 6 days lolllllllll It already feels suffocating. The part where the silicone was cut in the middle is indented on the outside, so it keeps catching, and that’s the thing I’m most worried about after surgery. I still have so many thoughts, but since I already decided, I just hope it goes well, everyone!
