After-effects after nose revision surgery T_T 35 days in!

Nose f*ck f*ck f*ck, so this kind of community existed T_T I should have looked it up sooner and done it earlier. The nose I had 24 years ago turned into a upturned nose, so I only worried about it for years and years, and finally got revision surgery in my 50s. Luckily I was on leave, so I did not even go around to multiple clinics for consultations; I chose the clinic I consulted with that same day and signed the contract. They said they would give me a 500,000 won discount, so I went ahead right away!! But unlike my expectations, the recovery after surgery was much harsher than the result I got when I had surgery in my 20s. I used autologous costal cartilage, and for a full month I seriously lived like a sick person, locked up at home. My ribs hurt even more than my nose. When the splint was removed, an enormous, crooked hooked nose, like an old witch’s nose, came out, and the doctor just said, “Okay, the nose looks longer in profile, right?” and went back to the treatment room. My cheerful smile changed into the ugly expression of a witch grandmother. Are the muscles around my eyes, between my brows, the philtrum, and my mouth still in shock? After that, I contacted the hospital. They comforted me by basically saying it may look crooked at first, but it should improve once the swelling goes down. But even on day 35, it still seems like the swelling has not gone down; the side of my nose is twisted and crooked to the right, and one nostril looks completely lifted. I am suddenly anxious as if I have become disabled, and I have not been able to return to work. I have already booked a consultation at a second hospital. Why does my nose look so strange???? The doctor said, when I went in to check the 1-month progress, that the bridge was slightly off-centered and that they could simply take some ear cartilage and do surgery again.....;;;;;;;;;(possible as aftercare) Ear cartilage???? Simple surgery??? It may be simple for the doctor, but it is not simple for me. I am now in a situation where I may naturally need a third surgery. I trusted the hospital, but in the end the responsibility is on me. I cry every day and feel like I am losing my mind.
