I wanted my first surgery done with a closed approach, so I had it done at a clinic together with functional surgery. Right after the first surgery, the bridge of my nose bent diagonally, so they did an AS right away. After the AS, breathing became really uncomfortable, so I opened my nose again here with an ENT specialist and paid 200 for donated rib cartilage. This too, hmm hmm..
