I had previously had both functional and cosmetic nose surgery, but the tip ended up looking strangely pressed down, so it bothered me for quite a long time.
Rather than hoping for a huge change, I just wanted it to return to normal. During the consultation at Mighty Plastic Surgery, they set a line for surgery that would fit my face proportions and features without overdoing it, and they said we should go in the safe direction without being excessive, so I ended up trusting them with the surgery.
They said they would replace the silicone and reinforce the columella with autologous costal cartilage. After the surgery, the bulbous-nose look definitely decreased, and from the side the bridge line looks cleaner than before. The nostrils also look less wide, and when I wash my face there are moments when I think, yes, this is better. Even when taking photos, I am no longer as bothered by the tip as before.
It seems to have turned out better than I expected, so I am satisfied ^^
