Rhinoplasty review

Rhinoplasty review First, I had: "nose lengthening + silicone dorsal implant + lateral osteotomy + nasal tip fat removal + tip binding + alar reduction + hump osteotomy + nasal tip (using autologous costal cartilage)" and other procedures, etc. It has now been about 4 and a half months. Nose surgery is done under sedation, so I just fell asleep and woke up. Usually with sedation they use propofol, but when I woke up I was so dizzy and nauseous that I could not even walk by myself. I had my surgery late in the evening, and when I woke up it was already after 1 a.m. My throat was insanely dry and I felt like I was losing my mind. (I had not drunk any water for over 8 hours before going into surgery, and the surgery itself took less than 5 hours. In total I went 13 hours without water.) But they told me I could drink water after 10 minutes, and I was honestly so upset I think I shed at least three tears. Day 1 to Day 2 This is the period when swelling keeps building. The rib area hurt so much that I could not move at all. I could barely sleep even 20 minutes a day, and I thought I was going to lose my mind. For two days my parents fed me water from a cup every 5 minutes..lol I was in a state where I could not move at all and could only twitch my hands. I remember my temperature going above 28.4 C at that time, so they even crushed fever medicine and gave it to me. (I was a truly devoted child.) If you are having major nose surgery and rib cartilage taken, really find someone who can care for you for 48 hours TT Day 3 The final boss of swelling. I really could not open my eyes at all. I had to force them open to make them look like barely open slits..TT And because I was so swollen, I had bruising around my eyes and my eyeballs were so burst-looking that the whites were completely invisible, just like someone had poured red paint over them. I guess you could just think of it as a subconjunctival hemorrhage. At that point I really looked seriously like an ogre. I went to have the packing removed on day 3, and when they took it out it felt like they were pulling my soul out with it? It was not hugely painful, but it was not painless either. Some people said it felt refreshing, but they are definitely weirdos. Think of it as exactly what the nurse meant by "it may be a little uncomfortable." You should give up on expecting to breathe easily right after it is removed. I could not breathe through my nose. + They also did swelling laser treatment for me. (They did it every time I visited.) From this point on I took a bath, but because water could not touch my face I wore a raincoat and lay on the floor to wash my hair myself. (My parents had gone back to the family home, and because of the rib area I could not even sit, so I just washed myself lying on the bathroom floor. I lived like that for almost a week.) Everyone, just go to a hair salon.. I did this because I did not even have 5,000 won.. Day 4 to Day 6 This is the period when the swelling goes down a lot. The subconjunctival hemorrhage was still there then too. Still, it felt like it had gone down by about half, so I tried to put in clear contacts and got into trouble. It got worse lol The swelling starts to go down, but until the splint comes off there is no certainty. It just feels like nothing has changed. Still, the swelling really did go down a lot. Day 7 The day to remove the alar sutures and splint. Removing the splint and taking out the stitches did not hurt much. It just stings a little and is manageable. Really, it is nothing special. And from this point on I could move around somewhat more easily, so I put waterproof tape over the rib area and washed while avoiding getting water on my face as much as possible. After the stitches are removed, it is okay for water to touch your face, but you still need to be careful that day. Day 8 to Day 14 The huge monster-like swelling disappeared completely here. It keeps going down a lot over the course of a month, but most of it seems to be gone by this point. (There was still a little yellow and green bruising.) But even then there was still a little bleeding in my eyes lol And it hurt when they removed the stitches inside my nose. Tears came out automatically in little bursts. Day 15 I could no longer take time off from my part-time job, so I went back to work. But I honestly do not recommend going back so soon. Physically it is extremely hard, completely unrelated to appearance. Because I did both kitchen and floor service, it seemed even more exhausting. If your work is physically demanding and you had autologous rib cartilage taken, everyone should rest for about a month. It is really unbearable TT Day 30 (1 month) The bruising was completely gone and my nostrils had gotten much smaller. Still, my nose as a whole felt hard. Even the nostrils felt hard. And if you put bone at the nasal tip, it is bound to become stiff. Even so, I was extremely satisfied. There is not much to explain here. Just enjoy the present. But until then I had been sleeping only on my back. I was scared my nose might bend lol Current (4 and a half months) The bridge has lowered a little more and the nostril swelling has gone down a lot, so it looks slimmer. Even though I keep hearing that swelling will go down further, I probably would not notice it. It is a little disappointing that it has lowered more than I expected as the swelling went down, but I am still satisfied.
