My revision rhinoplasty failed

My original nose was a bit long with a fairly straight line, but the tip drooped a little, and I wanted to lift it up. So I decided to get my first surgery at [Clinic A]. I'm a very impulsive person, so I decided to have surgery, went to a consultation right away, and booked the operation. But the problem started there.. At a big hospital like [Clinic A], there are a lot of surgeons, right? But I asked to be assigned to the doctor who could operate as soon as possible, so I ended up with a very young male surgeon. I had septal cartilage + silicone, and I really liked the side profile, but as time passed, my nostrils became a bit more visible and my alar base felt fuller, so I decided to have revision surgery to improve things like the low glabella. Then I started wondering if the big hospital had been the problem, and while looking for revision rhinoplasty on Gangnam Unni, I found a private clinic with about 7 or 8 reviews and went for a consultation. But before I could even say what I wanted, the director pinpointed my concerns exactly, which made me trust him a lot, so I booked surgery right away again and had silicone + autologous costal cartilage + ear cartilage. But right after surgery, inflammation started. The tip got extremely red, the swelling was abnormally severe, and even at the hospital they said revision surgery usually swells more, and that redness at the tip right after surgery can happen and would get better over time. I even got antibiotic IV drips several times, but over 7 months the swelling kept getting worse, and I ended up living with more and more of an avatar nose. So I told the hospital about this and said the parts I had wanted improved had only gotten worse, so I asked for an A/S fix. They said we'd remove the implant and do revision surgery, so we set a date. On the day of the revision surgery, I consulted with the director, and I thought they would remove the implant and fix the problem areas at the same time, but because of the inflammation they only removed the implant and said they could work on the tip again about 6 months to 1 year later. I got teary and asked whether I was supposed to live like this in the meantime, and almost decided not to do the surgery, but in the end I had the implant removed for inflammation treatment. Two weeks later the inflammation got dramatically worse, and my whole face swelled up like a fan-waving auntie's. At that time, the director said he would clean inside the nose under sedation, but when I woke up, they had opened the columella and done the cleaning without telling me. Because of that, the scar under the columella got very thick. After the nasal irrigation, the inflammation calmed down a lot, so I thought it would be okay, but now my nose is starting to ride up more and more. It shot upward within a week, and it's been about two months now, but it's still lifting more... Everyone, don't rush into surgery. Choose carefully and slowly, and make sure to think about side effects too.
