I went for a consultation because they said they are good with bulbous noses. The consultation was overall satisfying, but my nose also has a slight hump, and they suggested shaving that down and putting in silicone, which I didn't understand. If the bridge is high and there is a hump, I can understand shaving it down, but mine is low, so I wondered whether I really needed to shave it down and add silicone. For now, I've put it on my list, and the director did explain the consultation in detail very well. However, there is no anesthesiologist specialist, so that is also a little concerning.
