I was worried about side effects, so I looked into several places and chose Louvre because they were good with nose shapes and autologous costal cartilage. I heard the nose always needs a revision, but I wanted this to end in one surgery, so although it was my first surgery, I used autologous costal cartilage for the tip, and I did not use silicone, instead using ear cartilage + dermis, and it turned out well. In the early stage, when the swelling had not gone down yet, it looked too straight and my nose seemed big, but now that it is two months in and the swelling has gone down, I am satisfied haha. Louvre seems a bit flashy, but it does not feel too much or too low, so I think it turned out well. The doctor was good at handling autologous costal cartilage too, so the scar was only about 3 cm? small enough that I did not really mind it, and I recovered quickly haha
