They said they would use the septum and ear cartilage. About 80% septum. They said they would not perform osteotomy for the dorsal hump, but would shave it slightly with a rasp. They would not do alar reduction. They would raise the nasal tip and lower the columella a bit. They said not to expect a dramatic improvement. Since the nose does not have major flaws to begin with, it would be hard to expect a big change, but the detailed parts could be improved. I said I wanted the tip raised and the nasolabial angle improved. I said I wanted the side profile to look more refined. They said there is no separate nasolabial-angle surgery, and that simply lowering the columella would improve the nasolabial angle. One of the surgery candidates.
