I had bulbous nose correction and rhinoplasty at Between Plastic Surgery Clinic with Director Lee Ji-hwan. They used the septum and a custom implant, and from the consultation onward they explained everything in a way that fit my face, without pushing anything too strongly, so I was able to decide comfortably. Before, my nose looked round and spread out, which was stressful, but now it feels much more refined overall, so I am satisfied. As the swelling goes down, the line seems to be becoming more natural, so I am watching the progress.
