My nasal tip was low and looked spread out, so every time I took a photo I kept worrying about it and thought I would stay stressed about it. That is why I started considering nose surgery, and after consulting hospitals I decided that autologous costal cartilage would be better than donor rib cartilage, so I chose nose surgery with autologous costal cartilage. At first I was scared to use autologous costal cartilage, but the private director explained in detail things like how well the nose shape would be maintained and the possibility of contracture, so I trusted them and went ahead. On the day of surgery I was very tense, but the area where the rib was taken hurt more than my nose... and breathing was uncomfortable too. The swelling got much worse the next day after surgery, but now the big swelling seems to have gone down a bit. Still, it is hard to make facial expressions freely... Even so, it is still early, but as the nose line got refined, the side profile definitely seems better haha
