I had a hump nose reduction and nose-tip surgery with septal extension 4 years ago. I went to a lot of consultations back then, and the director's explanation was good and the price was reasonable, so I decided on it. After surgery, I liked the shape at first, but now the cartilage is starting to show and the tip is too high, so I want to have it removed, but the hospital has disappeared I had a complex about a low nose tip, so I ended up getting surgery, but septal extension at the tip is stiffer and more uncomfortable than I expected. If you're still 고민하고 계신 분들이 있으시다면, I really recommend thinking it through very carefully before deciding.
