It’s been a month since I had nose surgery. Has anyone had open cleansing?? I cried so much that I got a wound on my nose, bacteria got in there, and it started oozing, so I went in today for open cleansing.. They said I need to receive antibiotic treatment for 5 days and monitor the progress. If you do open cleansing, does the nose get lower or the shape change more?? Does it always have to be accompanied by revision surgery?
