Review of revision nose surgery

After the nose surgery I had 10 years ago, over time a step formed in the silicone, and I was under a lot of stress. This time I really carefully looked for a revision surgery hospital, went to consultations at several places, and carefully compared the before-and-after photos on their websites. Then I chose Louvre, whose aesthetics with a natural and refined feel suited my style best. Even during the consultation, the doctor explained my nose condition in great detail and showed me design concept images for what direction would be best for improvement, which I really liked. Rather than simply focusing on making it higher, they designed it to match the mood of my face, and that gave me trust. On the day of surgery I was truly extremely nervous. Especially since they said they would use autologous rib cartilage, pain was what scared me the most, but after anesthesia I slept deeply and woke up with the surgery already finished lol. It went by much more comfortably than I expected. After surgery there was pain at the autologous rib site, but after about a week it got much better for me, and the swelling in my nose was not too severe. Most of all, I am extremely satisfied with the result. I worried a lot because it was revision surgery, but as the nose line became naturally refined, the stress from the step disappeared, and every time I take a photo I really think I am glad I did it. I did not know I could look this pretty, so I am even more satisfied now 🥹
