Before surgery, I already knew my dorsal hump was really severe and that the tip of my nose drooped. Even so, I still thought my nose before wasn't that bad. But when I went to the clinic and was told that if I wanted the nose I wanted, I would need to do all sorts of things, I honestly couldn't believe it, so I don't even know how many places I went for consultations. I thought at most I would just need to shave down the hump a bit and raise only the tip, but it turned out to be a nose that needed a pretty major project.......... By the time I went around to about four places, I had started to accept it. Before that, I thought the clinic was deliberately giving me an inflated estimate....... I corrected the hump, long nose, and bulbous nose, and reduced the alar base.... I raised the bridge and tip with autologous costal cartilage, and luckily it seems to have turned out well because people around me have said it looks good several times Still, after hearing that, I've been trying in my own way, and I'm not good at styling, so I'm trying to change little by little by signing up for a package at a nearby dermatology clinic....... As for my nose, with the swelling and everything, I just hope it stays like this because I like it and settles into place.
