I had surgery because my nose was crooked and large, with a dorsal hump. I had it done without an implant, and the surgery was focused on straightening the crooked nose as much as possible! If the hump is shaved too much, it could cause problems later and might look unnatural, so I had only enough shaved off to keep it looking natural! I was worried because I don’t like noses that look obviously operated on, but I’m so grateful that the director seems to have made the best possible pretty nose for me.. Maybe because the director’s aesthetic taste and mine are the same, I’ve been satisfied ever since the surgery and up to now!
