It’s been 3 to 4 years since my third nose revision here. I had asked them to use silicone but make the surgery as natural as possible, and since this is a clinic that mainly pursues a natural look anyway, I ended up with a pretty shape that isn’t overdone and has stayed that way. Back then I did have some regrets, wondering if I should ask for a slightly higher bridge or, as this was my last chance, ask for autologous costal cartilage. But now I actually think it was a relief that I didn’t do that. I remember the coordinator I consulted with being a little casual, though. On the other hand, the director explained things in more detail, but spoke so incredibly fast that I remember being caught off guard. Still, the director was kind, and I remember the operating room staff being kind too.
