It has been 2 weeks since my nose surgery, and I am so satisfied!! My nose used to be a pretty severe bulbous nose, but it was corrected too? So strange. Still, it has only been 2 weeks, so there is swelling left and my nose overall looks a little?? thick, but I love the line so much!! People around me said this is actually the kind of swelling that is hardly noticeable. Still, I want it to go down more, so I do not know if this is the right way, but I go out for walks every day and drink 2L of water lolYou can see from the photos that my bulbous nose was severe and I barely had a bridge between my eyes, so to me my face felt flat and round, which stressed me out. But now my face has more dimension overall, and the center of my face feels much clearer!! Now I understand why people say the nose is important! Since I had little bridge, I had silicone and costal cartilage binding with Kozelko.I originally thought I might need nostril reduction too because my alar base was wide, but the director said there is no absolute must for that. They would first try to make the nostrils look as slim as possible without reduction, and only if that really did not work would they add reduction later. When I woke up from surgery, they had not done nostril reduction~! I like that there was no pressure. The face overall looks natural now, but when I compare the before and after, it looks more glamorous, which I like even more hahaI will post another update once the swelling goes down! Leave any questions in the comments~~ And if you are looking into a closed approach surgery, make sure to research the hospital and the director's style a lot! I also visited only closed-approach clinics, three in total!
