I came in because I was worried about my thick nasal tip, a slight hump, and a hooked nose. I also wanted to have turbinate surgery at the same time if possible. At other clinics, they recommended rib cartilage even though it was my first surgery, but at Between they said septal cartilage and ear cartilage would be enough...! So I mentioned that another clinic had recommended rib cartilage, and they told me that if rib cartilage is used, the result would feel too sharp and be stiff, and that it is not common to use rib cartilage from the very first surgery. And I liked that Between used custom-made silicone! Since it fits my bone structure as-is, without needing to shave down the hump, I think that’s great. Other clinics made it sound like silicone was essential, but here they said it was fine either way, with or without silicone, so I trusted them more!! In the end, I had surgery using custom silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage!! I was worried that silicone would make it look artificial, but it’s really not excessive at all and it’s just beautiful Honestly, I left all the shaping to the surgeon! I didn’t even tell him a specific shape I wanted, but he made it pretty on his own!! Now, about two months after surgery, the swelling has gone down even more than before, so the nose looks slimmer! My nostrils are symmetrical and the shape is smooth! Even when I wake up in the morning and my nose is a bit swollen, it still looks so pretty.. I don’t have a single inconvenience. If I had to pick one, maybe having to clean my nose with a cotton swab..? These days, people around me keep telling me I look prettier, and I’m honestly wondering why I didn’t get nose surgery sooner. If you want naturalness and safety first, I really recommend Between..!! This is really not an ad or a broker thing
