After my first nose surgery, repeated inflammation led me to have revision nose surgery and even remove the bridge, but the pain came back and it felt like I was not fully healing, so I decided to go through another revision surgery. I learned about ALU Plastic Surgery through a cosmetic surgery app event. The price made me hesitate, but the nose design looked much more natural than at other clinics, and unlike the other places that said the only options were using autologous dermis on the bridge or inserting full costal cartilage, Director Kim Hyeon-ju recommended a safe method called costal cartilage slicing, so I chose it. After removing the ear cartilage and septal cartilage that had been inside the nose, they used autologous costal cartilage for the bridge and tip, short-nose correction, columella lowering, and rectus fascia. It has been a little over a month since the revision surgery, and I do not have any remaining pain from the costal cartilage at all. Since the clinic takes good care of me every time I go in for follow-up, I think the remaining swelling has also gone down a lot. The nose shape was made to suit my face, not too flashy and not too flat, with just the right height and shape, so I am very satisfied.
