After a silicone-free nose surgery 3 years ago, a step formed, and when I saw it in light or took photos, a horizontal line appeared at the nasal tip and the sunken area bothered me so much that I decided on revision surgery and went ahead with it. I was relieved to hear that it could be improved with a closed approach, and I liked that there was no major bruising and that it did not interfere much with daily life. It has been one month, so I think the residual swelling is still there and I need to keep watching it. I’m satisfied because the sunken step area has been filled in.
