Male heavy upper eyelids, considering incisional ptosis correction + brow lift

I am looking into revision surgery. I originally had a lot of thick fat in the upper eyelids and some ptosis, so non-incisional ptosis correction fixed the ptosis, but my eyes still look heavy and the correction has loosened, so I am looking into revision surgery. I visited 4 to 5 places, and all of them recommended incisional ptosis correction + upper eyelid fat removal, so I am leaning toward that. Some places said that just removing upper eyelid fat would not make the eyes look lighter or produce a major effect, while others said that if I redo the ptosis correction in my current state, the upper lids may look even thicker, so combining it with a brow lift would help. Would it be right to add a brow lift too? I am in my 20s, but I have this idea that lifts are something middle-aged people get, so I am worried about the scar as well.
