Nose Re-Surgery

Thinking About Nose Revision, What Do You Think? Anyone Help Me Out

I had nose surgery with autologous costal cartilage last summer, but the scar tissue still had not gone away even after a year, so I am thinking about revision surgery to remove the scar tissue this time. I have something I want to ask, but I have nowhere to ask it, so I am writing here The scar tissue has been getting smaller, so honestly it seems like if I wait longer it might disappear on its own, but this place says they will do aftercare revision surgery and only charge the sedation fee, so if I am doing it anyway I want to mention the parts I was worried about and correct them together(?). I had my columella lengthened, but does lengthening the columella usually make the nose shape change a bit like a rhinoceros? The columella is supposed to come down and the tip is supposed to go up, so other people's noses have a nice smooth curve, but mine, from the side!! feels like it goes down once and then rises diagonally? I cannot really describe it, but anyway that makes me think maybe the columella has drooped But I only dislike the side profile, and I actually like how the columella looks from the front..,,What should I do And does the tip of the nose usually turn transparent or red in winter after nose surgery..?? I am wondering if it is thinning out, and I am thinking about adding autologous dermis too!! What do you all think of my nose tip..? Should I change the shape?
