Nose Re-Surgery

If there is a hollow in the bridge when removing it

I would have to open it up to know for sure when removing the silicone, but if there is a hollow in the bridge during surgery, whether big or small, can it be filled with ear cartilage or auricular fascia? Some places say to watch the progress after surgery and fill it with filler or dermis, and some hospitals say they can open the nose and add ear cartilage or fascia, so I am confused because each director says something different. If anyone has been through this kind of case, what method did you use? I am also curious about side effects and things like that.
