Is there a difference between the two? I consulted while keeping the septal support at the tip of the nose, but I keep seeing a lot of full-removal reviews They said they could remove the silicone from the bridge and leave the tip support in place to match things up, but was I being uncomfortable because of the foreign-body sensation, so the choice is to remove everything? I didn't know removal would be this difficult..
