I was thinking about removing all of the autologous costal cartilage because of the shape, so I looked up before-and-after photos from hospitals. Looking at the full removal photos from ㅅㅇ, even after taking out that big silicone implant and the autologous costal cartilage, there wasn't that huge of a difference before and after. Maybe that hospital just makes it look that way..? My original nose was extremely small, low, and bulbous, so it is completely different from the nose I had after surgery. If I remove everything and take out all of the autologous costal cartilage, I'm really worried it still won't go back to my original nose height and size I want to go back to my original image. After surgery I felt like a different person.
