You know those videos after nose removal where they do the pig-nose trick and shake it side to side? They only add a caption like “nose movement after removal.” If you just filmed a random person who never had nose surgery, would anyone even know...? I looked up a lot of reviews and videos from people who removed their nose implants, and nine out of ten said that even if a long time had passed since removal, they were still scared and could not do the pig-nose trick or shake their nose around. Just suddenly got curious without any bad intent..
