Right after surgery I was already thinking about removal, but as time went by I got used to it and, unless there was inflammation or contracture, opening it up again wouldn’t be good either... I was in the “let’s just live with it” mindset, but the tip of my nose showing through has been getting worse, so I’m thinking of taking it out sometime this year Anyone thinking about removal because the tip of the nose shows through? For me, honestly, I don’t mind the bridge getting lower or the nose spreading out, but I’m most worried that it might get lifted I had a septal support graft placed, so a lot of doctors say they do not recommend complete removal, so I guess I just have to leave it to luck. Honestly, I do not want partial removal. If I’m going to remove it, I want to do everything so I won’t have to worry about it at all.

What happens if the support is removed? It's been one month and it's so uncomfortable when I smile...
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 21 What happens to stretched skin after removing the nose implant?

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 20 If my nose is slightly upturned, will removing the silicone bring it down?
I didn’t know, but looking at old photos, my nostrils seem a little upturned now, so it’s kind of ambiguous. If I remove the silicone, will the tip of my nose come down even a little? I’m going into surgery on Saturday and I’m so scared...
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 20 But those Reels showing after nose removal
You know those videos after nose removal where they do the pig-nose trick and shake it side to side? They only add a caption like “nose movement after removal.” If you just filmed a random person who never had nose surgery, would anyone…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 20 Is it safer to just remove everything for the future? Please comment T_T
I had non-open rhinoplasty on my nasal tip in March, but they made it way too high, so I had an early correction at 2 weeks. Maybe the cartilage tie was too tight too, because it feels pinched. The height was adjusted, and from the side it
