I had non-open rhinoplasty on my nasal tip in March, but they made it way too high, so I had an early correction at 2 weeks. Maybe the cartilage tie was too tight too, because it feels pinched. The height was adjusted, and from the side it honestly does not look like I had surgery at all, but from the front it feels pinched.. especially on one side more.. it is tied in a V shape, so it looks even stranger when I talk or smile. The doctor is aware of this too, so they did say we could talk about reoperation after at least 3 months. I saw a comment on a reel that said when you raise the tip, you inevitably have to tie the tip cartilage, and if you put something on top of that, then over time the material cannot hold up and, because of skin tension, it either sinks or becomes visible, and one of the two is bound to happen .... I am thinking about whether I should just remove everything and ask them to release the cartilage once the tissue has recovered for around 3 to 6 months. If I do not say I had surgery, no one would know. Even my parents do not know, they just think it was contouring or something and let it pass like,

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 20 Removal because the tip of my nose shows through
Right after surgery I was already thinking about removal, but as time went by I got used to it and, unless there was inflammation or contracture, opening it up again wouldn’t be good either... I was in the “let’s just live with it”…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 20 If my nose is slightly upturned, will removing the silicone bring it down?
I didn’t know, but looking at old photos, my nostrils seem a little upturned now, so it’s kind of ambiguous. If I remove the silicone, will the tip of my nose come down even a little? I’m going into surgery on Saturday and I’m so scared...
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 20 But those Reels showing after nose removal

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 20 More than 2 months in, is it too risky to remove only the ear cartilage?
[Clinic A] is available for consultation after 6 months, [Clinic B] after 3 months, and [Clinic C] seems like it can be removed anytime. Would the removal risk be too high? I am thinking of at least getting a consultation at [Clinic C]…
