Is there anyone who has had full nasal removal + cartilage repositioning + dermal support (Megaderm only at the tip)?! Among people who had Megaderm placed in the nasal tip, has anyone had it absorb so the tip cartilage became visible, or become lumpy, or the skin became wrinkled?
