Maybe because it was removed early, the contraction phase seems to have come on really fast too. Since a few days ago, the bridge and tip of my nose have become hard, and starting today the tip has begun to lift. I hope it ends as quickly as it came Has anyone gone through the contraction phase without taking contraction medicine?
