If you remove the silicone after 6 months, they say a capsule forms so there is no step-off at the nasal tip. Is that true? I raised the tip too much, so I think a step-off might form... Please share silicone removal info. What do you think about no-implant surgery? Which clinics are good for no-implant cases?
