Today marks exactly 2 weeks since I had the complete non-implant removal! Time really flies. It hurt a bit at first, but now it doesn't hurt when I leave it alone, and it only hurts if I touch it too hard while washing my face..? I had the tip raised using only septal cartilage, and there was also a spreader graft, but I removed everything. One person in this community asked whether the nostril and columella area could also be lifted, so I added photos. Originally, the columella was crooked and the nostrils were in a 11-shape, so it looked very unnatural, but now it's symmetrical and has gone back to my original nostril shape! (The last photo is the nostril shape before removal surgery!) The tip still seems a little higher than my natural nose, but the overall impression feels like my original face, so it doesn't feel very foreign. I just hope it heals well without any problems from here on out T_T Leave any questions in the comments~

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 14 Week 3: I think the contraction phase has started
Maybe because it was removed early, the contraction phase seems to have come on really fast too. Since a few days ago, the bridge and tip of my nose have become hard, and starting today the tip has begun to lift. I hope it ends as quickly…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 14 It has been 5 years since my nose surgery, and I am thinking about removal. Any recommendations for a place that is good at removal or reconstruction..

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 14 Has anyone had hump nose osteotomy + no-implant surgery + septal cartilage support at the tip, or had septal cartilage used for support?
It has been several years since I had hump nose osteotomy surgery. I keep wondering whether the part used for the nasal tip support was septal cartilage. My columella has drooped so much like a crying face, and I just want to remove it and
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 14 Since I said I want to remove autologous costal cartilage
If you're worried about side effects like collapse or curling, they say don't remove it and just get a revision surgery instead.. I want to remove it though T_T What am I supposed to do? I want to leave nothing behind in my nose. But they…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 14 Anyone had removal there?
I'm now getting ready for removal surgery and going in for a consultation. I'm planning to consult with the chief doctor at [Clinic A]. Has anyone had removal there, or can you recommend another hospital? T_T
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoMay 14 Can you check my revision consultation plan for nose surgery?
I had nose surgery 2 years ago (hump reduction, 3 mm silicone, ear cartilage, donated rib cartilage), and I don't have any symptoms of contracture or side effects. I'm unhappy with the shape, so I want to remove the silicone and refine the
