The manager was very kind. During the implant fitting, she said it would feel cold and warmed it in her hands before placing it in, and that clever touch surprised me very much while also making me feel her sincerity, which I liked.
The director, too, was among the top 3 doctors I have consulted with while going around for consultations for face and body plastic surgery. I happened to notice the hospital motto hidden in a corner of the consultation room. I don't remember it exactly, but it was a phrase meant to make all staff provide careful and kind care for the patient. I still haven't fully decided whether I will have surgery here, but it left a strong impression.
