First, I had a consultation with the consultation manager. I liked that they were kind and made the consultation feel comfortable, like talking to an older sister. But the director said things like, 'This will not work, that will not work either, and it seems like only buried double eyelid surgery will work,' so I thought, if I am paying for cosmetic surgery and I do not get the eye shape I want, then it would be better not to have the surgery at all. Since they kept saying nothing would work, I looked like I was hesitating, and then they said, “You need to go back and think through the specifics properly and organize your thoughts before coming.”... It was good that they were telling me exactly what would not work, but their attitude felt too intimidating. It did not feel like a consultation but like being handed a notice. But when I went to another plastic surgery clinic, they said they would try their best to match what I wanted, so I ended up deciding to have the surgery somewhere else
