The consultation seemed to be over in just 15 minutes in total? I was also surprised when they told me to just go ahead and get alar reduction as soon as I sat down in the consultation room. I was also surprised by how confidently they said they used to work in the operating room with doctors. Maybe the coordinator is a nurse, or maybe she is a truly medical professional.... The doctor also did not give detailed consultation about the surgery. If I asked whether they do osteotomy before cartilage tying or whether the nose tip fat is removed, then they would answer... Usually during consultations, the doctor or staff would explain things first, but this was the first hospital that only answered what I asked... I was consulted for internal and external alar incision + removal of nose tip fat + cartilage tying + ear cartilage on the septum + silicone.
