I went in for a consultation for revision rhinoplasty I visited 3 clinics, and this was the only place that recommended no implant They said my current nose is pretty, so only the tip should get ear cartilage No silicone or anything like that was needed, and no osteotomy was needed either
But.... if I had done it that way, I felt I would have been less satisfied with the shape, and the cost was not exactly small either, so I ended up getting it done somewhere else Still, the director here definitely seemed like the type not to be overly greedy or push for too much, and I trusted the way they pursued a natural look!!!!!!!
