Consultation for removing fibrous tissue at the tip of the nose, tying the cartilage, and placing donated dermis at the tip of the nose + making an internal alar incision and tying it with sutures. The only hospital that said an external incision was not absolutely necessary + consultation about using Megaderm or fillers on the nasal bridge. First of all, the fact that it is a closed approach is both an advantage and a drawback. Because it is closed, you can expect faster recovery and fewer scars, but at the same time there is the anxiety that the visible improvement may be limited. Even from the reviews, you do not really see many people whose appearance changed dramatically... Still, it is good that the chief surgeon, not a staff member, personally gives a detailed consultation. This was the only hospital that explained cartilage tying in detail. They seem to use Megaderm mainly. I am thinking of looking into the pros and cons of donated dermis a bit more before deciding
