The director came in briefly during the consultation and then left, and it was the same even during the consultation before surgery on the actual surgery day. The other staff were kind and took good care of me after the surgery as well. The result was not bad, but there is a hollow area below the cheekbone. It has not been long, so I am still watching the progress.
