Before surgery my nose was thinner and sharper than average, but after surgery I ended up with a bulbous nose. And the columella, or whatever that part is called, seems to have been cut away, because that area sunk inward, the tip of my nose dropped, and the inside of my nose became blocked so I could not breathe well. A different consultation patient was speaking confidently with the door open, but when I came in because I had a problem, they closed the consultation room door and placed one nurse beside me, either as a witness or a bodyguard, and talked to me that way. They told me to forgive them because they could not fix it themselves. In the end I went to another hospital and spent a huge amount of money to open my airway, but they still could not fix the missing columella.
