Honestly, I want to get it done again.. My upturned nose was severe, but it still feels very lifted... I'm looking for a clinic again, and I hope this time will be the last.. For now, I've already spent so much financially, and I really want to settle down now... All three times were done with silicone, but I'm thinking about rhinoplasty using costal cartilage or fascia..
