About 8 years ago I had my third revision surgery. At the time, I was satisfied with the shape, but gradually the tip of my nose dropped, and there was a shadow as if the tip and cartilage had come apart. At that time, I was told that if I had chin advancement surgery, my long face would look shorter and more refined, so I had it done. But the skin at the tip of my chin sagged and the center is a little off, so it looks a bit like a witch's chin. There is sagging skin. I went back last year, but the director who did the surgery back then was not there, so I consulted with the director who had done my eye surgery and was again advised to have revision surgery (no consultation for the chin). I am satisfied with my eyes.
