The consultation manager here was so, so nice. During the in-person consultation, they did not think from the hospital’s point of view but from mine, and I felt trust because they went over the pros and cons one by one while considering the direction I wanted. The consultation manager was also very kind up until the end when answering questions on KakaoTalk, and I appreciated how considerate they were.
